(Tuna/Egg Salad)</title><content type='html'>&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Made my ever so &lt;strong&gt;yummy tuna/egg salad&lt;/strong&gt; tonight. It's so simple, but so tasty! Here's the recipe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4 hard-boiled eggs (chopped up really fine)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1 can tuna, drained&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5-6 Tbsp. of mayo (it's up to you)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2 Tbsp. pickle relish&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4 Tbsp. finely minced onion&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3/4 cup grated cheddar or marble cheese&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;salt &amp; pepper to taste&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Mix together in bowl. Can be used as a sandwich spread, or you can put it on buns, add extra cheese, wrap in foil and bake for an amazing tuna melt. She has become a rising star in the foodie world. She's bubbly, outgoing, and she knows her food. This is more of a review than anything, but I would definitely recommend either watching &lt;a href="http://www.rachaelrayshow.com"&gt;her new talk show&lt;/a&gt; or read &lt;a href="http://www.rachaelraymag.com"&gt;her magazine&lt;/a&gt;. Both are fantastic. And then, my confused reader, you can find the definitions for "yum-o" and "e-v-o-o" on there too! Leaving the giblet bag inside the bird, gravy won't thicken, pie doesn't cook. Could be a variety of things go wrong on such a beautiful day. Well, tonight, I can honestly say that nothing went wrong when making my first turkey dinner. We had a very moist tasty turkey, stuffing done in the slowcooker, mashed tatoes, dark and rich gravy, and broccoli with cheese sauce. And for dessert, nothing but pumpkin pie with whipped cream. One form of food expression is through a recipe, whether it be tried and true, or a new twist on an old favorite. Recipes can be passed down from generation to generation, and never lose the memory of the original creator.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In essence, this site represents memories, creations, mistakes, and history. I will be slowly compiling recipes on here, some with stories, some with out.
